        What began as an A+ on an English assignment during freshman year at Acton-Boxborough Regional High School has evolved into a recently published picture book on Amazon. Bei Qi, now a rising senior at ABRHS, wrote and illustrated “A Tale of Revy the Conure Parrot,” inspired by the Charles Dickens’ classic, “A Tale of Two Cities.”. Consequently, Acton’s masterpiece was never finished, and his history of liberty, the work of a lifetime, became known as “the greatest book never written.” Although Acton never published a book, he did write many articles that reflected his passionate interest in the history of freedom, religious toleration, and constitutional government.
